Stress builds up during the day. Use this quick relaxation & mood booster to reduce your stress and uplift your mood now.
  • Sit up straight
  • Smile, make sure the eyes are engaged in the smile (fake it, if you don't feel happy)
  • Exhale, empty your lungs completely
  • Take a full deep breath in
  • Exhale, a long slow out-breath, release any tension with the breath
  • Take a moment to centre, and move on with your day.
