This course is for you, if you're wanting to learn to manage your state of being.
Are you a stress head, a worrier, do you get concerned because you're doing/being/saying things that don't feel aligned with your values and what you truly want. Or does something just not feel right inside of you. Maybe you feel disconnected from you?
I know I felt/feel like that at times, I used to yell at my kids and then go away and lock myself in a room and cry, because I knew it wasn't what I wanted for my kids or for myself. Which is why I started exploring ways to change that behaviour in 2000.
What does this course include:
- Your autonomic nervous system, the fight/flight/freeze response and the biological consequences of that
- Proven techniques for living and loving your life more fully
- Understanding communication and why we get in a pickle with it sometimes! And some thoughts to help.
- Journaling & Acknowledgements
- Switch on the relaxation response
- Calm your nervous system and start bringing balance to your autonomic nervous system
- Meditation, Mindfulness, mBraining
I have to say this is not a miracle magic wand, as much as I wish it was that easy, the reality it takes time and persistence, some will move quicker, others will be slower and thats perfect. This is the start of building a strong foundation. You may choose to move onto something deeper later like the upper coming womens circles or some Holistic Coaching/Mentoring/Healing

I have really enjoyed the 5 week course, particularly the variety and diversity of subjects and tools covered. I have felt able to take away many of the meditations and build them easily into daily life. I have gained insight into how I choose to respond to stress and also uncovered more subject areas I would like to explore more. I liked learning about meditation techniques, the different pathways, insights into how our feelings are connected to our thoughts etc.
What I gained most out of the 5 weeks was learning how to be still - how taking time to breathe and be still allows me to better cope with a busy lifestyle. And instead of constantly pushing I can allow things to just develop out of the stillness which has given me clarity. Ingrid - 15/3/17

When I first went along to the meditation course I was quite unsure what to expect but upon entering I was immediately put at ease. The teacher is incredibly calm and friendly and the class a great mix of people, old and young, men and women. Each week we were guided through a different meditation technique, which was really helpful as obviously you're then able to decide what's right for you.
